Innovation in California means empowering iHub San Joaquin to connect entrepreneurs, industry, and community partners to solve real challenges, accelerate climate-resilient solutions, and drive inclusive economic growth that strengthens the Northern San Joaquin Valley while contributing to the state’s broader leadership in technology, sustainability, and opportunity.
Meet Our Director
Maye Saephanh is the Interim Managing Director at iHub San Joaquin. In addition to her role at iHub San Joaquin, Maye supports economic development, small business growth, and strategic planning through her consulting business with Advancing Development & Impact Stratregies. She previously led the Global and Domestic Programs unit as the Vice President for Programs at the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce and the Director of the Sacramento MBDA Business Center.
With over 20 years in government and international development, Saephanh has worked in 20+ countries with organizations like USAID and the UN. Career highlights include launching Afghanistan’s first post-conflict trade export and helping CalAsian win its first Century Club Award from the MBDA.
